30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all parts, accessories, and documentation included.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
